Chasidy Clark
Attorney Chasidy Clark joined Atlas Law Center in September 2025. Chasidy is an experienced advocate with a strong background in immigration, family law, and employment litigation. Her dedication to advancing the rights of vulnerable individuals is informed by both her professional experience and her personal journey. Having worked multiple jobs since the age of 14 to support her family and fund her education—including positions in fast food, retail, tutoring, program management, and administrative support—Chasidy brings a unique perspective and resilience to her legal practice.
Chasidy earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning dual degrees in International Studies with a Global Security emphasis and Political Science. She also pursued additional studies in international relations and global security at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea.
Throughout law school, Chasidy sought experiences that strengthened her commitment to service, leadership, and compassionate advocacy. She served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Student Senator at UIC Law, a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Angela Petrone in the Criminal Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, and as a 711 Licensed Student Attorney with the UIC Law Pro Bono Litigation Clinic.
At Atlas Law Center, Chasidy serves as a litigation associate and a key member of the Employment Litigation team, representing clients in claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace-related matters. She advocates for clients facing unfair treatment based on protected class status, retaliation for protected activity, and other employment-related rights, combining a steadfast commitment to justice with compassionate client service.
Chasidy’s combination of personal resilience, legal expertise, and dedication to protecting her clients’ rights makes her a valued advocate and trusted resource for those navigating complex legal challenges.
