Timothy Hogan
Timothy Hogan is an attorney at Atlas Law Center whose practice focuses on consumer protection and labor and employment law. He joined Atlas Law Center in 2025 after earning his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law. Tim brings a strong foundation in legal research, litigation, and client communication, along with practical experience gained from both boutique and large-firm environments.
Experience & Approach
Before joining Atlas Law Center, Tim worked at both Ridge & Downes and Wiedner & McAuliffe, Ltd., where he gained experience handling workers’ compensation claims for both petitioners and respondents. Through these experiences, he developed skills in legal research, motion practice, case strategy, and communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
While in law school, Tim was a member of the Moot Court Board, served as a teaching assistant for legal writing, worked as a research assistant for bankruptcy, and served as a student leader with the Taylor Mattis Fellows.
Tim brings hands-on experience from both boutique and large-firm environments, giving him a practical, client-centered perspective and a strong appreciation for efficient, results-driven advocacy.

Tim brings a strong foundation in legal expertise and community values, shaped by his upbringing in Oak Lawn, Illinois, in a close-knit Irish Catholic family. He has always valued hard work, integrity, and treating others with respect, principles that continue to guide him in his professional and personal life.
Tim earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies in Political Science and Legal Studies at Illinois State University. He attended Brother Rice High School after attending public school through eighth grade and has been deeply engaged in his community and youth ministry from a young age.

Outside the Office
Outside of work, Tim is passionate about staying active through walks, workouts, and sports such as golf, rugby, pickleball, and softball. He also enjoys fishing, skiing, both water and snow, reading fiction, and experiencing live music. Most importantly, Tim cherishes spending time with his family and loved ones.
