Chad W. Eisenback
Chad Eisenback joined Atlas Law Center in 2021 as one of the firm’s first Employment Litigation Attorneys. Since joining the firm, Chad has dedicated his practice exclusively to representing current and former employees and advocating for workers’ rights. In 2025, in recognition of his dedication to his clients, successful advocacy, and contributions to the firm, Chad was promoted to lead one of Atlas Law Center’s Employment Litigation teams. In this role, Chad helps guide the employment litigation team, supports the development of case strategies, and represents employees in matters involving workplace rights.
Chad brings a strong passion for employment law and a personal understanding of the challenges working individuals and their families can face. Raised in a union household in Louisville, Kentucky, Chad learned from his parents the importance of inclusivity, integrity, compassion, and putting others before himself. He also entered the workforce at age 15 and worked multiple jobs, including in retail, fast food, delivery, labor, and manufacturing, to help support his family and pay for his education. These experiences shaped Chad’s commitment to advocating for employees and gave him a firsthand understanding of the importance of having a strong advocate when workers face difficult or unfair circumstances in the workplace.
Experience & Approach
Chad’s legal practice has been focused on employment law, where he represents current and former employees in a wide range of workplace matters. He has committed his career to advocating for individuals under various federal and state employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and related state laws.
As an Employment Litigation Team Leader, Chad helps guide the employment litigation team, assists in developing case strategies, and contributes to the management and advancement of employment litigation matters. He approaches each case with a strong understanding of the challenges employees can face when going up against employers with significantly greater resources.
Chad’s blue-collar background and personal experiences have given him a perspective that informs his approach to representing clients. He understands that employment disputes can have significant consequences for individuals and their families, and he is committed to providing clients with thoughtful legal guidance and strong advocacy throughout the litigation process.
During law school, Chad was a member of the National Arbitration Team, served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Society, and served as Associate Editor for the Journal of Animal & Environmental Law.
Chad approaches his practice with dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to workers’ rights. He is committed to helping employees understand their rights, navigating complex employment disputes, and providing strong representation when they need an advocate in their corner.
Why I Practice Law
Chad chose to study law because he wanted a career where he could advocate for people during some of the most difficult and consequential moments of their lives.
Employment law, in particular, gives Chad the opportunity to help individuals who may suddenly find themselves facing a large employer with significantly greater resources. His personal experiences growing up in a union household and working multiple jobs from a young age shaped his understanding of the challenges working individuals and families can face.
With his underdog and blue-collar mentality, Chad enjoys taking complicated legal and factual issues, developing a strategy, and giving clients a strong advocate when they need one most.
For Chad, employment law provides an opportunity to combine his personal experiences, legal skills, and commitment to workers’ rights to advocate for individuals facing difficult circumstances in the workplace.

Outside the Office
Outside of practicing law, Chad enjoys playing golf, traveling, attending live music events, and trying new restaurants. Most of all, Chad enjoys spending time with his three children and family. He particularly enjoys being his kids’ #1 cheerleader!
