Omar T. Sulaiman
Omar T. Sulaiman is a founding member of the team that became Atlas Law Center and has been an integral part of the firm since 2004. Throughout his career, Omar has played a central role in supporting and growing the firm, helping shape it into the organization it is today. His commitment to the firm was especially evident following the devastating 2010 tornado that destroyed the office. During that difficult period, Omar was instrumental in helping hold the firm together and ensuring that it continued serving its clients.
Omar focuses his practice on consumer protection, bankruptcy, and employment law, representing individuals whose rights have been violated by creditors, debt collectors, businesses, or employers. His consumer practice includes matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (ICFA), and other federal and state consumer protection laws. He also represents individuals in bankruptcy matters and employment disputes, advocating for clients who have experienced unlawful treatment in the workplace.
