Dean Pearce

Attorney Dean Pearce joined Atlas Law Center in 2026 after earning his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri–Columbia, where he earned a degree in Journalism and Political Science in 2014. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2025.
Dean brings a diverse professional background to his legal practice. During the first two summers of law school, he worked as a law clerk for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Prior to entering the legal field, Dean built experience working on political campaigns and later pursued a career in public relations, representing some of the country’s largest labor unions. His background reflects a longstanding commitment to advocacy and public-facing work.

Dean’s practice focuses on employment law, where he is dedicated to advocating for working individuals and addressing workplace issues with a client-centered approach. He continues to support clients facing employment-related challenges with a strong commitment to protecting their rights and interests.
